Built from Experience
CiVent Pty Ltd is a Northern Territory-owned and operated mechanical, HVAC, heavy diesel and power generation specialist delivering trade-led sustainment and project services across Defence, government and critical infrastructure environments.
Led by NT-based directors Nicholas Civitarese and Alana Civitarese, CiVent was established through the strategic acquisition of the former T&J (NT) business, retaining more than 38 years of Northern Territory trading history, technical capability and local workforce expertise.
Today, CiVent operates solely under the CiVent brand, combining established Defence-facing experience, mature maintenance systems and remote operational capability into a single locally headquartered entity supporting projects across the Territory.

Originally built servicing remote Central Australian communities, CiVent’s capability has evolved into a fully integrated mechanical services model supporting commercial, industrial and operational infrastructure across the Northern Territory.
Our services encompass commercial and industrial HVAC systems, refrigeration, heavy commercial diesel maintenance, fleet and machinery servicing, power generation sustainment and remote operational support.
From installation and commissioning through to preventative maintenance and long-term asset sustainment, CiVent delivers practical, responsive and compliance-focused support tailored to remote and high-compliance environments.
